FEC replaces retail at Florida, US, mall
Elev8 Fun Indoor Adventure Park, a family entertainment venue, is expected to replace Forever 21, a clothing store, in Avenues Mall, Jacksonville, Florida, US.
The indoor adventure brand currently has two venues in the state with further locations in Miami and Jensen Beach listed as “coming soon” on the company’s website.
Elev8 Fun’s FECs contain a wide range of attractions, including arcades, electric go-karts, laser tag, ropes courses, mini-golf and bowling.
While the Jacksonville location’s entertainment options are yet to be announced, it’s anticipated to contain an expansive arcade featuring over 150 games.
The acquisition of the venue comes as Forever 21 is predicted to close all of its US stores.
