President

Andrew Cohen brings over 20 years of senior management experience across reinsurance, real estate, and family entertainment. For a decade, Andrew served as Head of U.S. Operations for a reinsurance group based in Spain, where he managed international relationships, built strong teams, and drove the company’s growth strategy in the U.S. Following this, Andrew founded and operated a successful real estate firm, which he grew and later sold after 10 years. This venture provided him with a deep understanding of ownership, operations, and value creation from the ground up.

For the past five years, Andrew has focused on the family entertainment sector. He
currently serves as both President and Advisory Board Member for Elev8 Fun, leading the
company through expansion, innovation, and operational improvements. This role allows
Andrew to combine his global management background and entrepreneurial experience to
position the company as a leading destination for families and communities.
Andrew resides in Miami, Florida.

Vice President

Yogi Stephens oversees the company's vision and drives its growth as one of Florida's premier family and entertainment destinations. Since joining Elev8 Fun in 2024, Yogi has leveraged over 15 years of hospitality experience to lead his teams and venue partners to success.

Before Elev8 Fun, Yogi held significant roles at renowned organizations such as Walt Disney World Resort, Universal Orlando, Hard Rock International, Topgolf, Levy, and Sodexo Live! His exceptional skills have earned him multiple "Leadership of the Year" awards. Yogi is known for his innovative thinking and ability to create  unforgettable guest experiences while fostering a supportive, employee-first workplace.

Throughout his career, Yogi has contributed an led major events like the College Football Championships, NBA All-Star Weekend, Formula One, and the U.S. Olympic Trials. He is an alumnus of Vincennes University, where he made history as the first law enforcement major to secure an internship with the Walt Disney World College Program. Yogi resides in Orlando, Florida, with his wife, Ines, and their son, Dallas.

Director of Marketing & Sales

Caleb Williams is the Director of Marketing at Elev8 Fun, leading the brand’s creative vision and growth across Florida’s family entertainment centers. Since joining Elev8 Fun in 2024, he has combined performance strategy with hands-on creativity to connect guest energy with measurable results.

Before Elev8 Fun, Caleb served as Director of  Marketing at Church Street Entertainment, where he helped launch multi-venue bar and restaurant campaigns, weekly promotions, and produced large-scale downtown Orlando block parties that drew thousands of guests. His career spans photography, videography, design, paid/organic media, SEO, email, and on-site storytelling linking content and operations to deliver experiences people remember.

Caleb holds a Master’s in Mass Communication (Digital Strategy) from the University of Florida and dual degrees in Marketing and Web Design from the University of Central Florida. An Orlando resident proudly wearing the Gator Alumni label, and carries a Deadhead’s appreciation for improvisation, because the best marketing listens, adapts, and brings the crowd with it.

Corporate Director of Attractions and Technical Operations

Chris Wilson joined Elev8 Fun in 2023 and assumed the role of Corporate Director of Operations in 2024. In this position, he leads the day-to-day and long-term operational strategy for the company’s growing portfolio of family entertainment centers. His responsibilities include overseeing multi-location performance, ensuring consistent guest experience standards, managing labor and operational efficiency, and supporting the integration of new attractions, food and beverage programs, and technology initiatives across all venues. Chris works closely with general managers, department heads, and the executive leadership team to ensure each Elev8 Fun location operates with excellence, consistency, and innovation.

With more than 25 years of experience in the family entertainment industry, Chris has developed a career rooted in both technical expertise and operational leadership. He has guided large teams, introduced new systems, and built organizational structures that support sustainable growth. Since joining Elev8 Fun, Chris has played a critical role in rolling out new roles and leadership positions within the company, helping to define departments and organize processes that provide a strong foundation for expansion. His ability to balance strategic vision with practical implementation has been a key driver in positioning Elev8 Fun for continued success in competitive markets.

Director of Training and Field Operations

Symone Borno brings over two decades of dynamic leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for people to Elev8fun’s corporate team. Originally from Cocoa, Florida, Symone’s journey has been anything but ordinary marked by bold moves, relentless growth, and a deep commitment to excellence. After graduating college, Symone answered a higher calling by joining the United States Navy, completing a distinguished overseas tour in Okinawa, Japan. Her military experience laid the foundation for her discipline, adaptability, and team-first mentality—qualities that would later define her career in the hospitality and entertainment industries.

Symone began her professional journey in food and beverage, working with iconic brands such as The Cheesecake Factory, Sugar Factory Las Vegas, and Bar Louie. Her talent for training and team development quickly earned her a spot on their Certified Trainee teams, where she helped shape high-performing staff and uphold brand standards across multiple locations. Her transition into the Family Entertainment Center (FEC) world began with Andretti Indoor Karting & Games, where she rose from Food and Beverage Supervisor to Assistant General Manager of Personnel. It was here that Symone discovered her true passion: creating unforgettable guest experiences while building strong, empowered teams behind the scenes.

Corporate Director of Procurement

Noel Hernandez has been with Elev8 Fun since May 2023. Prior to Elev8 Fun, Noel had an extensive career at JP Morgan Chase & Co at the Tampa Corporate offices, where he spent a decade in various roles, including Auto Finance Senior Collection Specialist III. During his tenure, he also held positions as a Customer Service Senior Specialist III. Additionally, Noel has a strong background in the automotive industry, having worked for over ten years as the Mitsubishi Operations and Sales Manager with Sojitz (MMC Automotriz, S.A), a Japanese trading company who operated the assembly plant and operations for Mitsubishi Motors, FUSO, and Hyundai brands in Venezuela.

Noel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Newport University of Newport Beach (Class of 2000), along with an Associate Degree in Marketing and Advertising. He is married to Zaida and he is the proud father of two grown sons, Noel and Adolfo.

Director of Growth Operations & Analytics

Originally from the Jersey Shore, Alexis Cuzzo brings creativity, technology, and strategy together in her role as Brand Manager at Elev8 Fun. She oversees social media, campaign development, and creative production, helping shape the brand’s voice and visual identity across all locations.

A former multi-sport athlete turned marketer, Alexis thrives in collaborative, fast-paced environments. Her background spans professional sports, technology, and event marketing, where she developed a passion for innovation and storytelling. Her creative journey began behind the camera, documenting authentic moments that connect people and communities.

Since joining Elev8 Fun in 2023 as part of the Tampa launch team, Alexis has focused on building systems and creative strategies that empower teams and elevate every guest experience.

Director of Food & Beverage

Dennis Clifton brings over 14 years of hospitality expertise to his role as Food & Beverage Director, with a career spanning everything from high-volume corporate dining at TGI Fridays to the fast-paced energy of the nightclub industry. His passion for food and beverage runs deep, rooted in a childhood surrounded by family-owned restaurants that instilled in him both the creative vision and operational discipline that define his leadership style today.

A Detroit, Michigan native, Dennis made his way to Orlando, Florida, before joining the team in 2024. His impact was immediate. Rising quickly through the ranks, he served as General Manager of the Tampa location before stepping into his current role as Food & Beverage Director, a testament to his drive, versatility, and commitment to excellence.

Dennis is dedicated to crafting memorable guest experiences that blend innovative concepts with flawless execution, and his well-rounded background continues to shape the direction and culture of the food and beverage program.

Director of Projects & Facilities

Chris Snyder has been with Elev8 Fun since 2022, during the construction of our second location in Tampa. He plays a vital role in connecting our in-house Construction and Facilities teams with our Operations team, ensuring that Elev8 can continue to grow and provide memorable experiences for families across Florida.

After constructing two locations, Chris became a director in 2026. His background includes food service, retail, automotive sales, and time spent as a licensed insurance broker.

Chris focuses on collaborating with our different departments to create the most exciting environment for our guests and turning dreams into reality.
