The ongoing redevelopment plans for Seminole Towne Center have been rumored to include new retail spaces, apartments, and a hotel, which are viewed positively for the area’s growth and will be an advantage for the entertainment park. Brady Lessard, Sanford’s Director of Economic Development, noted that an official announcement regarding the redevelopment will be made soon.
