Elev8 Fun, a growing entertainment concept that revitalizes former department stores, is continuing to expand in Florida with its newest location underway in Jensen Beach. Taking over the former Sears space at the Treasure Coast Mall, the indoor adventure park will occupy a 115,000-square-foot venue. Within Elev8 Fun, customers will enjoy a wide range of attractions, including go-karts, unique arcade games, mini-golf, a dozen bowling lanes, and more.
This latest addition marks Elev8 Fun’s first project in collaboration with Simon Properties, one of the largest real estate investment trusts in the country, known for operating some of the top shopping malls across the U.S. In addition to the Jensen Beach location, Elev8 Fun has two other locations in Orlando and Tampa, and has identified up to 15 more potential sites for the future.
A highlight feature within the Jensen Beach location will be its indoor go-kart track, which stretches over 30,000 square feet. The karts can reach speeds up to 45 miles per hour, promising an adrenaline-filled experience for its guests. Designed for racers of all skill levels, this custom-designed course ensures a fun and safe racing adventure for every guest.
Beyond the entertainment options, Elev8 Fun will also include extensive food and beverage options. Guests can dine at a full-service restaurant and bar or choose to go to the outdoor seating area to take a break from the excitement. Additionally, the venue provides private spaces for events such as corporate outings and birthday parties.
With locations already open in Sanford and construction ongoing in Tampa and Jensen Beach, Elev8 Fun is quickly becoming a go-to destination for families and thrill-seekers across Florida.
